Maintains and repairs Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance equipment and systems.

Perform and supervises duties shown in preceding skill levels; manages and leads companies, battalions, major Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) maintenance, training and logistic activities; responsible for all aspects of maintenance/integration operations; determines training, maintenance and integration priorities based on personnel, equipment and supply resources, and unit requirements; when assigned to staff positions, prepares technical studies, special reports, correspondence and record pertaining to MI/ISR systems maintenance, integration and operations; advises senior leaders on policies and procedures; develops doctrine and provides input to the DOTLMPF process; supervises the implementation of the command logistics inspection program and a command maintenance inspection program across a major command; develops material fielding plans and integrated logistics support plans for new MI/ISR systems; coordinates theatre level support to MI/ISR units; provides advice and makes recommendations to their senior leaders and staff on all matters pertaining to enlisted soldiers and their families; accompanies their senior leader on inspections, visits and ceremonies; assists in inspection of command/organization activities, facilities and personnel as prescribed by their senior leader; ensures adherence to command/organization policies; disseminates command/organization policies, objectives and guidance to subordinate NCO Support Chain to ensure successful completion of missions; responsible for monitoring training or conducts training of enlisted soldiers; assesses training at all levels and provides feedback to their senior leaders and appropriate subordinate commanders and leaders; provides counsel and guidance to NCOs and other enlisted soldiers of the command/organization; responsible for and provides guidance on Non-Commissioned Officer Education System (NCOES) and Non-Commissioned Officer Development Program (NCODP); inspects duties performed by subordinate NCOs; notes discrepancies and initiates appropriate corrective action; assists in reception of visitors to the command/organization; serves as president or member of command/organization promotion board or removal board for NCOs, as authorized by regulations; sits as chairperson or member of a command/organization's "Military Member of the Quarter/Year" competition for enlisted soldiers or NCOs, as directed by local regulations; responsible for quality, control and training of noncommissioned officer evaluation reports (NCOER) while ensuring timely submissions; reviews evaluation reports to determine compliance with policies and procedures and recommends corrective actions on deficiencies to commanders, other leaders and rating officials; performs other duties prescribed by their senior leader.

Troubleshoots Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) equipment and systems to the degree required for isolation of malfunctions to specific hardware or software; integrates, configures, maintains, and operates computers, peripheral equipment, auxiliary devices, transmission media, data storage devices, intelligence networks, and power supplies; extract data from fixed, portable, and wireless communication and storage devices; maintains and integrates Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) equipment using specialized Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE); performs pre-deployment checks during, and post-mission operational checks on MI aerial platforms, sensor, and systems; perform duties shown in preceding skill level; supervise, leads and trains teams of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) system maintainers/integrators in the employment, diagnostics, and correction of malfunction in ISR systems; protects intelligence networks and analyzes networks to reconstruct network infrastructures, defines component functionalities, performs network mapping, perform vulnerability analysis and evaluation of networks in support of intelligence operations; performs quality control of maintenance documents; performs critical alignment and calibration procedures on ISR systems; supervises the integration, configuration and maintenance of intelligence networks; supervises the operation and proper use of Test Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE; maintains the maintenance facility technical library; supervises and leads sections or squads of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems maintainers/integrators; supervises the employment, diagnosis and correction of malfunctions of complex computer-controlled ISR systems; assists less experienced Soldiers in the installation, operation, and maintenance of information processing equipment; performs senior operator and systems administrator duties and unit level maintenance functions on assigned computer systems; supervises calibration Test Equipment Modernization, and shop safety programs; serve as the quality assurance/control inspector for ISR systems maintenance; prepares maintenance and integration annexes for unit Standing Operating Procedures (SOP); integrates and manages joint intelligence architectures networks and systems; implement configuration management policies and procedures; establish inter-connectivity between ISR dissemination systems; develops and conducts unit specific ISR systems technical training.
